Job description:
This position prepares food for restaurant guests and assists the chef at all times. This is a very demanding job but is also equally fun and there is a lot of room to move around. Essential Functions: -Read and follow recipes -Ability to work independently and finish tasks on time -Maintain cleanliness and product standards -Participants must be able to lift 50 pounds -Organize and maintain store room, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers -Participants must know how to properly use the kitchen equipment including but not limited to: ovens, mixers, grills, and dish washing equipment. -Ability to plate and present final food products -Perform other duties as assigned by manager or chefs Qualifications: -5+ years food production experience required -Must be safe and clean with a sanitation focus at all times
The front desk is the hub of all information and activities for guests and vendors; it is a very fast paced and busy environment. This position carries an enormous responsibility; usually being the first to welcome guests, participants are viewed as „all-knowing“. The position requires a very high degree of professionalism, confidence, and knowledge. Excellent English, communication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills are required.
This position works outside and does a variety of handy work. Participants will not be isolated in the position, and will have regular interaction with guests and other American staff. Supervision will be provided. Essential functions: -General work with equipment and buildings -Landscaping, ATV, restaurant equipment -Must be willing to fill in as ATV guide or golf caddie -Cleans and works on everything at Black Diamond -Cleans and wipes shop and outside area Qualifications: -Ability to remain positive in stressful situations -Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds is required -Professional and clean appearance is required -Must have excellent English skills -Must be safe and clean with a sanitation focus at all times Participants may be using/handling cleaning chemicals when doing their job.
