Job description:
As a sales or retail associate, participants will be re-stocking, working the cash desk at the check out, assisting customers with merchandise as well as helping with questions or problems. They will also be straightening the store and cleaning the store during quiet hours or before or after the store is open. Additional duties include setting up displays, arranging merchandise and stamping or tagging pricing on merchandise. Sales clerks may also need to keep a record of sales, prepare inventory of stock, or order merchandise. Participants must have a working knowledge of U.S. currency and must be friendly and courteous to customers and have excellent customer service skills. * Primary work hours will be dependent on home game schedule. The retail operation is open to the public during at all times, therefore participants will have the opportunity to work during away games as well. Participants will have the ability to pick up extra hours restocking stores and in other departments including Guest Services. Must be flexible with additional work responsibilities to receive additional hours. * Because hours are dependent on home game schedule, participants can expect as few as 20 hours per week, when a home game is not scheduled, or as many as 40 hours per week, when a home game is scheduled.
