Job description:
Work With Your Friends & Get Paid Weekly In Our Beautiful Beach Resort Area! That Guy With a Broom (TGWB) can provide J-1 Visa Work Travel employees with an average of 32 hours or more per week of employment during regular business hours May through September, 2016. J-1 Visa Work Travel Employees will be scheduled to work in a team of three that consists of two (2) J-1 Visa Work Travel Employees and one (1) American Employee. Each Employee has a set weekly schedule that they are able to view online 24 hours/day from computer or their own cell phones. All Employees must work Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays of each week with their additional two (2) days of work coordinated by their team at the beginning of the Summer season. Employees are not scheduled to work Sundays in observance of popular religious practices. When unforeseeable circumstances increase or decrease Employee hours, we provide a minimum of 24-hour notice of schedule changes. However, no work is ever scheduled between 7:00pm and 7:00am. Seasonal Resort Team Members will have the following duties: 1. Training and Cleaning of Vacant Resort Premises. 2. Online Customer Scheduling and Communications. 3. Reviewing of the TGWB Company Handbook with Regards to Company Safety, Rules and Regulation Policies. 4. Translating Portions of the TGWB Company Handbook into Employee’s Native Language If Other Than English. To maintain frequent daily communication with all Employees, the owners of TGWB use Team Group Text Messaging with Employees. This business practice ensures that all Employees can confidently rely on a rapid response to their needs or concerns from the Company or other Teams. All Employees are required to have their cellphone on their person at all times while working. * Employees will be required to use cleaning chemicals
