Job description:
Participants will be responsible for the following job responsibilities: • All product sales. • Responsible for all money transactions – accept money in all approved forms and provide accurate change as needed. • Provide samples to customers. • Required to stand on feet throughout the shift, bending over frequently and have hand strength for scooping the product over and over throughout shift. • Participants will be working outside for EVERY shift. • In the case of temporary rain they put the cover on and go inside nearby and wait until it stops. They are still paid during this time. • Participants must have good customer service, be friendly, and must be willing to approach people. • They must be able to describe all the flavors to guests. This job is paid per hour but the position also receives tips from customers.
