Job description:
The Crew Member position deals with the guest by taking and serving the orders. Participants must respond promptly to customers’ needs and inquiries as well to ensure satisfaction. Crew Member duties include making custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”. “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of nutritional supplements and vitamins. Providing guests with information regarding products. This person also receives the payment of the customers and handles the cash properly. Must be comfortable with US currency. Additional duties may include, clearing and setting / resetting tables, sweeping/mopping floors, changing linens and rolling silverware. Ensuring that the restaurant is cleaned. ** Participants must be able to use cleaning chemicals. They must be able to lift 10lbs minimally. Health issues and allergies should not interfere with work duties.

The Scooper serves ice cream according the quantity required using the different flavors that the guests would like to buy. He/She must ensure that the equipment in the area where ice cream stands are displayed must be clean. This person also receives the payment of the customers and handles the cash properly. Must be comfortable with US currency. Additional duties may include, clearing and setting / resetting tables, sweeping/mopping floors, changing linens and rolling silverware.
